Regional Financial Controller

1. To be responsible for the finance function in the region, providing financial leadership to region and branches to identify and manage financial risk and drive the business in alignment with the company strategy and initiatives 2.To develop the finance team in the region and branches and assure adequate skills and resources. And periodically provide financial training to non-finance management in region/branch. 3.To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborate actively with HO finance in the development and improvement of policies, processes, and standards, and to actively support the Group compliance program and foster compliance culture in the region 4.To oversee the accounting operations of branches. Review and analyze the P&L and balance sheet of branches and region together with the regional management team and HO. Organize regular (at least monthly) meetings (e.g. tel con) to ensure a correct understanding of financial performance by RGM, BGMs and regional management.
