Our client based in Guildford is looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy team.
- Purchase, Sales Ledger
- Credit control
- Supplier Payments
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and the Annual Summary
- Bank Reconciliation
- Producing the weekly banking
- Preparation of Monthly Management accounts
- Accruals & prepayments
- Preparing Year End Accounts
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll and filing necessary returns with HMRC
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Ad hoc accounting and admin duties
Profile
A successful candidate will be available on short notice & looking for part time hours.
