FP&A - 1 year role

Description

The role will involve:

Planning: 5-Year Shape & Annual Planning

• Provide analytical support to Strategic Planning (5-Year Shape) and Annual Planning process, which are the 2 major deliverables in the planning team.

• Support the Planning Manager in coordinating and governing planning processes,

• Collect, consolidate and analyse financial & operational data for planning process,

• Support plan reviews by providing financial analytics, business insights and challenges in working with multi business and finance teams, with a balance of attention to details and lens of big picture.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with finance and commercial teams
• Project support

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be degree educated and ideally studying towards their accountancy qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to organize large volume of data/templates and apply analytical tools and techniques to ensure efficiency and integrity.

• Strong IT skills and experience, including with Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, EP2, and FBW strongly preferred.

• Good commercial awareness and curiosity to inquire rationale and linkages behind data

• Strong drive to learn and motivation to challenge status quo and optimize process

• Knowledge and prior experience with strategic planning, financial analysis, accounting is preferred, but not necessary.
