Responsible for the direction, execution and performance of the General Ledger Accounting function.

Description

• Technical expertise within General Ledger Accounting with a broad knowledge of other functional areas
• Solving unique and complex problems impacting the business with regard to General Ledger accounting, with the ability to develop methods to address current and future customer needs
• Partner with store operations to ensure P+L's are reported timely and accurately
• Lead and manage the budget for projects within General Ledger Accounting
• Provide leadership and direction to the General Ledger Accounting team
• Achievement and delivery of specific goals and operational performance metrics and measures, including assessing overall and individual achievement of service and expectations and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the team is appropriately trained on existing and new processes and procedures

Profile

• Previous management experience
• Proven track record for driving process efficiencies and problem solving
• End to end understanding of General Ledger Accounting processes and technical systems
• Qualified Accountant
