Financial Accountant

Your new company This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant to secure a long-term contract with a potential view to permanency with a multi-national manufacturing organisation based in Lurgan. Working as part of a large dedicated finance team, this will be a busy role which will give opportunities for growth and development. Your new role Reporting into the Accounting Manager your role will involve general accounting and internal control including journal entry preparation, intercompany reconciliations, month end closing activities, account reconciliations and financial reporting. You will partner with various business units and functional leaders to work towards the overall success of the business. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will need experience in a similar accounts position, you may have industry or practice experience. You will have experience of accounting and financial systems, Oracle is preferred but not essential. You will have strong understanding of internal control elements, the ability to work using your initiate and strong problem solving and resolution abilities.
