Client Details
A well-known global manufacturing company, with multiple UK offices, are looking for an ambitious Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team with a view to progressing their career even further.
Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, and will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable team and the wider business.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Dealing with multiple currencies
- Taking on other general finance duties including: VAT returns, bank reconciliations, accruels and prepayments
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have studied or be studying AAT (L3 at least), CIMA, or ACCA - ESSENTIAL
- Be looking to progress into an Assistant Accountant role and beyond - ESSENTIAL
- Have a proven track record working within a finance team as either an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable role - ESSENTIAL
- Be a team player and have excellent written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
