Description
The main remit of this Finance Analyst role in North Manchester is to work closely with the Financial Controller to support the commercial analysis function of the business.
There will also be a considerable amount of work relating to systems upgrades and integration, that have come to light as a result of recent acquisitive activity.
As well as working on systems, analysis and integration work, this position will also look over board reporting and helping to pull together the month end management accounts pack. Although this is a small part of the role, this analyst will be an all rounder who is able to use some core finance skills too.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this North Manchester based Finance Analyst role will be a qualified accountant with excellent excel skills.
You will be able to build models, work with high volumes of data, and interpret the meaning behind the numbers. You will then be eloquent and confident to liaise with senior stakeholders, communicating your findings.
The perfect fit will be a qualified accountant who has worked in a large business, working on analysis of large volumes of data and integrating systems.
Alternatively, you could be a first time mover from a top practice, who is a strong excel user, looking for a first move into industry in a commercial and analytical role.
