Interim FP&A Manager

A 12 month position working as an FP&A Manager in a fast-growth SME FMCG / Manufacturing business, with big growth plans for the future.

This business is a £25 million turnover manufacturing firm based in Lancashire, operating in the FMCG / manufacturing sector. They are the leaders in their market and have identified opportunities to develop further which is opening up exciting avenues for future growth.

Description

They are looking to grow and develop, and as such are recruiting for an Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to come in and help to develop their financial planning function. This will involve:

- Developing management information schedules

- Creating board packs for the Executive team

- Driving forecasting and budgeting plans for the business

- Leading on the automation of processes and driving efficiency

- Assisting with management accounts production

Profile

- You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is available to start at short notice, and willing to commit to at least 12 months in duration.

- You will be inherently forward-looking, and will able to juggle commercial analysis with providing strategic guidance.

- You will have had exposure to using Sage and SQL.

- Most importantly, you will gain satisfaction from adding value to non-finance managers within the business.

Job Offer

This role is paying £45,000 - £50,000 for a 12 month contract.
