A highly reputable chartered accountancy practice in Maidstone is searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their successful team, in a key role, bookkeeping, preparing management accounts, vat returns and other services to a mixed and varied client base. You will carve a key role here, adding value to clients and building relationships, within a growing team and firm. They are open to full time and part time applications.

Description
Joining the firm, as an expeirenced Bookkeeper, based from their Maidstone offices, you will carve a key, hands on role here, as you develop within this firm and environment. Acting for varied sole trader, partnership and limited company SME's and OMB's of varying size and industry sector, you will deliver bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, and other services to mixed clients. You will have the potential to carve a key role here working in a team of seven people in this firms bookkeeping division. You will also work on Xero/Cloud accounting services. Clients are varied across restaurants, pubs, services, manufacturing and other industries ranging from under the VAT threshold in turnover, up to the audit threshold.
Profile
You may be AAT studying, or hold an AAT qualification, which would be a bonus, but if supported by a relevant career history and technical skill set, a strong, relevant, experienced background only, is equally of interest, as well. You will have anything from 2 - 3 years, or significantly more experience within accountancy practice or industry bookkeeping, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position, carving a role within this team of professionals, carrying out bookkeeping services for a wide ranging client base. As well as providing a quality bookkeeping service, the team advise on Xero and Cloud accounting software and you will have Xero knowledge and experience and be looking to develop and utilise this experience further, as a key addition to this growing and successful division within the firm.
Job Offer
£25,000 - £35,000 plus benefits, dependent on experience and background.
