Management Accountant - Up to £50k

Badenoch & Clark are currently working with a fast growing business based North of Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance. We are looking for an talented individual with an eye for detail, who is fast thinking and organised. The key responsibilities include: *Provide relevant and timely financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis. *Review risks and opportunities against the budget *Full involvement in the annual budget setting process *Control all capital expenditure through procedure and follow up. Report on return on capital achieved. *Working with the division's teams to verify cost saving initiatives. *Development and upkeep of account procedures manual. *Stock trend analysis *Involvement and lead in improvement projects *Cash and balance sheet forecasting Core Skills: *Detail-oriented and very strong organisational skills *Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; have the ability to communicate concerns and issues in a diplomatic manner *Treats sensitive or confidential information in a trustworthy manner *Passionate and driven to achieve business development, thrives in a fast paced working environment *Strong and comprehensive finance experience *Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
