We Offer

Global Treasury is part of Credit Suisse's Finance (CFO - Chief Finance Office) division optimizing the use of financial resources and acting as a guardian of the CS financial franchise. Global Treasury delivers valuable risk analysis and control around Liquidity, Funding, Interest Rates, FX and related Regulatory Change to the Board of Directors, Executive Board, CFO, Business Unit clients, key partners in Shared Services, Rating Agencies and Regulators.

A challenging role within our Treasury Execution Analytics team within Treasury in Wroclaw Poland where you will contribute to our Risk, Valuation, and P&L analysis function by supporting the Global Bank.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You conceptual develop and enhance the Treasury trading risk and P&L framework
  • You will hosting regular global meetings on risk and P&L including the creation of discussed reporting
  • You manage Treasury Execution risk flags
  • You collaborate with global Treasury Execution desks as well as with Treasury Finance, Quantitative Strategies, and Market and Liquidity Risk Management on a continuous basis
  • You participate in the ongoing development of the valuation methodology, processes, and system landscape of capital, funding and banking book positions including derivatives
  • You expose to the bank’s senior management as part of presentations and governance forums
  • You execute regular valuation processes and ad-hoc analyses
  • You have an opportunity to work in a fast changing environment under regular scrutiny of regulators and senior management

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

You Offer

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related a quantitative field
  • You have 2-5 years of Treasury or trading risk management experience, or in a related function
  • You have deep knowledge of banking, finance and banking regulations
  • You are proficient in Excel as well as overall good MS Office skills, MS Access would be an asset
  • You have programming skills in Python and VBA, further skills in SQL, R
  • You are highly motivated self starter with analytical skills, winning personality and connected thinking
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are fast learner with flexibility and timely deliver of results under pressure
  • You have ability to work independently coupled with great team spirit
