We Offer

  • A challenging role in the global Group Management Reporting team with senior management exposure, providing visible and reliable information to the CS Executive Board, the Board of Directors and other business partners and optimizing the use of financial resources.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly ExB/BoD reports and external reporting with focus on analysis and collaboration with divisional business partners.
  • Active involvement in projects related to design of new reports, system improvements, and standard setting across the firm and to enable the offering of greater clarity over the Credit Suisse financial results, trends, performance indicators and efficiency measures as well as outward communication.
  • Close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams around the globe as well as with subject matter guides in matters such as capital management, Treasury, Financial Accounting.
  • Individual may perform additional duties and responsibilities that management deems necessary from time to time.

You Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years experience of working with financial statements
  • Eagerness to learn, focused on continuous improvements of the current process governance and execution, including improving tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Excellent partnership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel. Skills in Hyperion Essbase a plus.
  • Dedicated, inclined to drive projects independently, highly organized and detailed oriented in a flexible environment
  • A positive attitude, customer focused and willingness to focus and commit during peak times.
