Page Personnel are representing an organisation in the Education sector, with an exciting opportunity to join their finance department.
Description
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, including processing orders and invoices and dealing with any PO queries; accounts receivable; checking financial transactions following academy procedures; monthly management accounts including bank reconciliations and variance analysis compared to budgets; assisting with the yearly forecast; monitoring budgets; and managing the outsourced payroll.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Previously worked in a similar role
- Be working towards a relevant finance qualification or be QBE
- Great communication skills
- Previously worked in the education sector (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel (desirable, not essential)
