Description

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and expenses
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Processing supplier invoices
• Processing staff expenses
• Generating payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Reconciling inter-company accounts
• Month end reporting
• Prepayments & accruals including month end reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• G/L postings & reconciliations
• Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

Profile

The Successful Management Accountant:

• Previous experience working in a similar role is essential, no formal qualifications required
• Previous of experience using a recognised software accounting package and Microsoft Excel is essential
• Numerate, hard- working and conscientious
• Adaptable with a positive approach
