-Preparation of the consolidated Budgeting, Forecasting for Group Entities and reviews with entities
-Monthly Group MIS closing and review with the subsidiaries ? P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow
-Quarterly preparation of financials for reporting to Stock Exchange
-Act as custodian of Group Accounting policies, updation of Group accounting manual and advise on implementation of IndAS to subsidiaries
-Act as a Controller from Group perspective for chosen set of entities ? Review of projects, Margins, Risks & Opportunities etc.
