Assistant Management Accountant

I am currently representing a growing Accountancy Practice in Swindon who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their busy Finance team. Reporting into the Management Accountant, this role requires someone with a solid Accountancy background who can produce accurate accounts ensuring these are complete accurately and in a timely manor.

Job Role:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Producing monthly reports regarding transactions
• Providing breakdowns on each branches Financial performance
• Continually seek to improve processes to meet business needs
• Monitor the cash flow and alert relevant partners
• Produce annual accounts as well as monthly
• Maintain an accurate audit trail
• Adhere to accounting standards
• Always strive to meet deadlines

You must have:

• Management Accountant experience and knowledge
• Previous practice experience
• The ability to prepare and present clear reports
• An organised and methodical approach
• Strong IT skills to include intermediate Excel

Ideally you will be studying/have studied for AAT however, if you are qualified by experience you will also be considered. This role would suit someone who already has a couple of years experience in the Practice industry.
