Client Details
Our client are a Private Equity Backed Tech SME based in Manchester city centre. They have received investment recently and are gearing up for more to continue their rapid growth.
Description
Budgeting and forecasting.
Statutory accounts.
Variance analysis.
Weekly and Monthly cashflow forecasting.
Team management.
VAT returns.
Board reporting.
Monthly hive down of subsidiaries.
Annual R&D Tax claim.
EMI Share Scheme Management.
Overlooking Payroll.
Cost Management.
Supporting system transformation.
Actual v budget monitoring and reporting.
Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within a technology business (preferred but not essential).
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified.
Experience of management accounts.
Team player - who can work collaboratively with the team.
