Systems Accountant- Oracle

Robert Half Financial Services are currently working with an Investment Bank based at Bank, London, helping them source an Systems Accountant- Oracle, for a 4-month assignment.

Role

My client is seeking an experienced Functional expert with knowledge in finance/procurement modules. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established business and assist with any troubleshooting and post implementation work.

In this role you shall work with the business in a collaborative fashion with the aim of successful cloud ERP integration with the finance team and wider business. This includes:

• Provide expert advice in respect of Cloud configuration etc.
• Functional subject matter expertise in any of the following areas: GL, AP, AR, R2R, P2P, A2R, I2C, Expenses, Tax, PPM etc.
• Provide advice and guidance post go-live, including training where necessary.
• Play the key role of bridging the gap between business and IT
• Provide first class communication and have the ability to influence key decision makers within the business, while helping to educate the business on Cloud Adoption

Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Oracle
• Financial Services experience are an advantage but not essential
• Ideally bringing end to end knowledge of cloud implementations or having implemented another large ERP system

Salary & Benefits

Rate: £350 - £500 per day depending on experience.

Based in central London
