My client is looking for a CFO to take them through the next stage of growth. Being part of the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in the growth of the business and will be responsible for all matter relating to finance.

My client is headquartered in London and they are a worldwide software vendor and an internationally recognised market leader for Business and IT Transformation solutions. The company has operational offices in New York, Dubai and Sydney and service over 500 major customers across the Americas, EMEA, Australasia and the ASEAN.
The business has expanded rapidly over the last 8 years, achieving revenue growth of over 30% annually for the last 3 years and projecting remaining profitable. They retain an average of over 92% of its maintenance-paying customers each year, which is recognised as 'world class' for their sector and evidences their confidence in my clients' products and services
Description
As a senior member of the Group Management Team the role of the CFO will be take responsibility for the overall finance function of both my client and its affiliate companies.
Tasks include:
- Monthly reporting of Group results
- Oversight and responsibility for Treasury function and cash management
- Coordination and management of 28 revenue channels and sales teams that drive them
- Managing a team of 8 qualified and non- qualified Accountants
- Consolidation of the Global accounts for Group reporting 8 separate entities
- Creation and management of budgeting and forecasting
- Overseeing process improvements across the team and business
- Company secretarial duties - for entities across the globe
- Experience in implementing new financial and PSA systems
- Oversight and responsibility for HR functions
Profile
Personal qualities required:
- Team leader with good motivational and organisational skills, which have been demonstrable in previous posts
- Previous experience with M&A or IPO activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Technical skills requirements:
- Fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Management experience in £10m-50m revenue growth company
- Gained a degree from a good University
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Roll up their sleeves/Hands on approach
