A FTSE 100 company are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their growing team. This company are a reputable Property company that provide services over a wide range of applications and end markets. The services that they provide are critical to their customers operations and help to create that competitive edge within the market.
The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA/ ACCA/ IIA/ or CIA and most likely coming straight from practice although audit and risk professionals coming from industry with comparable experience will also be considered. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload meaning that exceptional organisational skills, gravitas, emotional intelligence and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships are key success factors in this role.
With leading people development programmes and a culture of organic growth, my client has an enviable attrition and employee engagement rating. A move into the business within 18 months is very realistic with several members of the senior financial management team having previously worked in this department previously.
