Description
As a Payroll Advisor based from the Farnborough, Hampshire office you will be responsible for
- Processing allocated client payrolls from start to finish
- To own, take responsibility and be accountable for an allocation of clients ensuring service excellence at all times ' ensuring accuracy and on time service delivery.
- To be a dedicated point of contact for a client providing clients and colleagues with support on payroll queries
- To deliver excellent service to clients, possessing the required payroll knowledge to fully support them.
- To be a 'go to' subject matter expert for specific payroll advice and guidance.
- To communicate with clients in a professional, effective, polite manner and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
- Complete Clients' payroll instructions in the appropriate priority order, taking into account special instructions agreed with the client.
- Be a team and department contact / resource for knowledge in SMP, Pensions, and complex payroll issues.

Profile
- Experience in end to end payroll
- Manual Calculations experience highly desirable
- Strong Payroll and Pension Legislation knowledge
- Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude and ability to take on new responsibilities and develop skills
- Strong team player
- Work well under pressure
- Confidence to cope with a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
