The Finance Administrator - Part Time role is working with clients to process invoices, and deal with overpayments and payroll queries. You will be working within a busy finance & admin function.

Please note is this an evening role between 4pm-10pm Mon-Thurs 3.30pm-10pm Friday totalling 30.5 hours. They may be able to flex to 25 hours.

There are currently no day roles available

Client Details

The client is one of the largest outsourcers for Government Contracts. They are based close to the M4 and A48, they also have free parking on site. The site is also easily accessible from Cardiff and Newport by bus with public transport passing the client site every 10 minutes.

The client has multiple finance/admin functions on site and you would working within the Government team, each team usually consists of up to 12 team members.

Description

As a Finance Administrator you would be:

  • Answering Service Users queries
  • Dealing with queries
  • Retrieving relevant data
  • Work with external authorities
  • Creating payments plans, taking payments & processing invoices

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Administrator - Part Time role will:

  • Be interested in learning about finance i.e. studying AAT, A-Level Accounting or degree
  • or dealt with large volumes of data/admin
  • Have strong eye for detail
