Purchase Ledger Clerk

Robert Half are currently working with a growing organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be based at their office in Castle Combe on the outskirts of Chippenham and is paying up to £20,000 p/a.

Role

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Receiving and recording supplier invoices
• Processing invoices and obtaining receipts
• Matching invoices with the correlating receipts
• Comparing the invoices received with estimates and forecasts
• Ensuring invoices are processed promptly in order to meet established payment cycles
• Remitting payments in accordance with the Manager's wishes
• Working in line with payment processes

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Be ambitious and progressive
• Have experience with data entry and invoicing
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a good eye for detail

Salary & Benefits

• An annual salary of up to £20,000, dependent on experience.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Study support provided after a year of employment

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
