EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Position:                    Credit Control Supervisor Vacancy Type:          Permanent Reporting To:            General Manager - Customer Experience Location:                    Millennium Park, Finglas, Dublin 11 Duties & Responsibilities : Overall responsibility for the efficient and consistent operation of the Credit Control Team & Function Ensure all debtor accounts are operated within credit limits and terms and conditions Must have the ability to demonstrate key team management skills Ensure all transactions are posted and allocated in a timely and accurate manner Prepare and present reports to deadline Ensure monthly cash collection targets are achieved Deal with the resolution of customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Communicate effectively with the CC team and Management Team Ensuring all monies are collected on time and in accordance with the company terms and conditions of sale. Ensuring all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis. Reconciling the company trade debtor accounts on a daily basis ensuring the accurate posting of all transactions. Prepare and present relevant credit information to management. Identify potential bad debts ensuring that accurate provisions are accrued accordingly and reports to local management on a monthly basis. Liaise with third party agencies to secure financial data in relation to accounts which are deemed necessary to require vigilance and constant monitoring and to work closely with debit collection agencies to ensure any optional bad debt is pursued vigorous Regularly meet with sales management to keep the informed of any credit issues with their customers Carry out Ad Hoc duties as required Requirements : Minimum 6 years experience with credit control or closely related financial discipline is essential. At least 3 years people management experience Experience working in legal collections process in a similar company desired Excellent PC Skills (MS OFFICE) working knowledge of CRM is essential Excellent Planning, Communication & Organizational. Keen Commercial & Financial Awareness. Excellent Negotiating & Interpersonal Skills is required Excellent Written, Oral Communication and Problem Solving skills Proven ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
