The opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation based in central London as a valued Corporate Finance Analyst. As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for providing financial analysis to inform the strategic objectives of the group's development opportunities.
Client Details
The Client, based in Central London, is looking to rapidly expand its property portfolio and has strong development pipeline for the future. The key aim is to build affordable housing and become one of the largest housing providers in the South East.
Description
The Finance Analyst position entails the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing effective financial analysis to support strategic decision making by senior stakeholders within the business.
- Delivers viable and fully stress tested long-term financial plans for the organisation.
- Delivers clear reporting of long-term financial plans and financial analysis for internal & external stakeholders including the Executive Directors.
- Performs ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling when required to aid senior management's strategic decisions
- Analysing potential development schemes and investments.
Profile
The successful candidate would have either an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification. Candidates will have knowledge of the following:
- Financial modelling knowledge of dealing with development and investment opportunities.
- Advanced excel skills-Comfortable with the use of macros and producing financial models on excel.
- Knowledge of working with and building complex financial models and long-range financial planning and analysis tools is a must.
- Ability to quickly analyse data and forecast performance, draw insights for further analysis and communicate results effectively to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels.
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work and deliver projects from end to end under pressure to meet deadlines.
Job Offer
Up to £63,000 + Pension and working from home.
