Management Accountant

The permanent Division or Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on Behalf of a Global Financial Services Company in Luton.

Role

Responsibility for intercompany balance reconciliations (A/P and A/R, WIP and accruals, prepayments
and deferred income)
In conjunction with the Senior Finance Administrator - Billing, identify and implement process
improvements in revenue accounting and billing for UK and Ireland
Production of GRPs (monthly management accounts)
ONS reporting
VAT returns and EC sales listings
Revenue forecasts/budgets
Cash flow forecasts
Cash collection reporting
Liaison with external auditors
Analysis and commentary on results and trends
Liaise with the finance departments of other TMF offices
Liaise with service delivery teams to ensure completeness of reported revenue and to prepare revenue
forecasts and budgets

Profile

Professional qualifications: part-qualified essential, full qualification desirable eg ACCA
Substantial experience in a relevant role, to include preparation of management accounts
People management experience and demonstrable skills essential
Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),
Experience of MS Dynamics desirable; experience of other ERP packages as appropriate
Fluent in both written and spoken English
