Finance Manager

You will be responsible for a finance team of ten, whilst having a multi-site approach in contributing to business performance through engagement with both finance on non-finance stakeholders.

Add value to their Head Office based in Rugby whilst also supporting a newly acquired business based in Stratford Upon Avon. you will therefore work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operational Manager.

Client Details

A highly-acquisitive and franchise driven SME operating on a global level. They have a strong presence across the Warwickshire region who require a new Finance Manager to look after a growign team.

Description

You will have two individuals reporting into you and will be responsible for their development- one Management Accountant and also a Billing Supervisor. You will also be responsible for a finance team of ten and will have to coordinate the month-end process to ensure you meet deadlines.

Overall responsibility for cash management (two UK entities) which will involve monthly reporting requirements and general accounting compliance.

Strong commercial focus to the role and you will be expected to understand the numbers produced and use these whilst working with key non finance and the Managing Director to continue driving business performance and profitability.

Profile

The successful candidate will have had experience within a commercially focused role and also had exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. It is essential that you are proactive in your approach to work.

Previous leadership experience where you have obtained a track record in meeting tight deadlines and coordinating the month-end process.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified only.

Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000
