The Head of Finance for this local organisation will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance team. Reporting to the FD they will also be expected to deputise when needed.

My client is a local organisation in the not for profit and charities sector based outside Banbury.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Head of Finance will be:
- To manage all aspects of daily running of the organisations finances
- Preparation of monthly management pack, budgeting, forecasting with a view to aid in strategic decision making
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with various key stakeholders
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Identify potential system and process efficiencies and implement accordingly
Profile
The successful candidate for the Head of Finance will:
- Hold a relevant accountancy qualification
- Have demonstrable experience of managing a finance function
- Good excel and IT skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Experience with non-profit statutory accounts is desirable
Job Offer
My client is offering a basic salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 with extended benefits
