Corporate Finance Associate

To cope with our expansion of corporate finance arm of business, the Group is currently seeking high caliber candidates to fill up the position of:

Corporate Finance Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist to execute full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions;
• Perform financial analysis including financial modeling and due diligence;
• Coordinate execution process by liaison with clients and professional parties;
• Prepare presentation materials, draft announcements and circulars when necessary;
• Occasional travel will be required;

Successful candidate should be a degree holder in Law / Finance / Accounting discipline with over 3 years experience in executing corporate finance assignments including IPO and M&A transactions. The candidate shall possess SFC Type 1 & Type 6 license and familiar with relevant regulations such as Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and able to handle corporate finance and capital market transactions with minimal supervision. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese along with a proactive working attitude would also be essential for this role.
