Your mission
As an Executive Corporate Accountant Officer you will be responsible for (this list is non-exhaustive) :
- Handling A/P, Assets, Petty Cash and Inventories
- Preparing Accounting Vouchers and Payable Forms for approval
- Ensuring approval workflow for each document
- Controlling the documentation through 3 way matching
- Recording Journal Entries in the ERP
- Running monthly reconciliation for each item
- Liasing with other department
- Preparing the monthly accounting closing for the group
- Analyzing costs and expenses variations
- Improving account processes
- Issuing Withholding Tax Slips
- Issuing Tax Invoices
