Our client is an established retail and trading business with a strong foothold in the Asia market. To cope with the growing business and the expanding business markets, they are now looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join their Group FP&A team.



about the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the Group level financial planning and analysis duties. You will have the chance to be involved in the annual budget and quarterly forecast exercise, as well as various analysis to assist on the business strategy development and evaluation process. As a junior member in the team, the Finance Manager will carefully work together with your career development plan. This is going to be a great role for junior candidates who are interested to devote their career into the FP&A field.



skills and experience required

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial accounting
• For candidates who has been accounting, it is key to have a solid idea on the whole month end closing process and where to extract the relevant data for analysis
• Strong business sense and detail minded, with the ability to spot variances, analyse, explain and report to the management
• Articulate and excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
• A good teamworker; passionate and having a strong willingness to learn
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Degree holder
• Candidates who are currently in the external audit sector and looking to switch to FP&A are welcomed to apply
