Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading conglomerate in the Middle East, looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong background in the retail industry and in managing multiple accounts
As a Finance Manager, you will:
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies to minimize financial risks
- Perform financial, market trends analysis, budget planning
- Prepare financial reports on regular basis and present it management
- Ensure that the business adheres to financial regulations and legislations
- Establish financial procedures and policies, and ensure that these are strictly adhered to
- Monitor overall daily financial operations of the business (e.g. payroll and other transactions)
- Collaborate with key internal teams and departments to align with business plans and provide financial solutions
- Lead and manage finance team
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business or similar field
- At least 8 years' experience as a Finance Manager or similar capacity
- Background in the retail industry and automated business systems
- Strong skills in MS Excel, reporting, accounting software, payroll software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
