Assistant Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join an SME logistics business based in Northamptonshire for a 6 month contract.

Role

• Production of monthly management accounts including analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring adherence to accounting rules, procedures and timescales
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
• Annual budgets
• Rolling P&L forecasts
• Year-end statutory accounts
• Managing 3 staff

Profile

• Be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or QBE)
• Experience in logistics would be desirable
• You must be efficient and accurate in the delivery of reporting for a variety of stakeholders
• Strong system skills (MS Excel)
• Experience in a fast paced finance environment working to tight deadlines.

Salary

• £150 daily through LTD or umbrella basis

The pay scale is dependent on experience, skills and relevant qualifications
