Finance Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a fast growth engineering organisation in Pontypridd.

Role

Leading and directing the Assistant Finance Manager and Financial Accounts Assistant (both part qualified);

Leading and directing the Accounts Departments with three direct reports

Responsibility for the design and review of the financial processes to ensure they are effective, efficient and compliant with the Group guidelines;

Production and review of balance sheet reconciliations;

Assisting the Head of Financial Reporting with the balance sheet budget and forecasting process;

Responsibility for the Capital Expenditure budget and reporting process;

Management of the compliance and reporting process.

Profile

A qualified accountant - either from Practice or an experienced Finance Manager

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 with an exceptional benefits package.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
