Job Description
- Review and analyze financial reports and illustrate financial trends including comparing actual results to expectations, revenue and expenditure trends, profitability trends, liquidity trends, etc.
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies on capex requirements.
- Supervise accountant and finance staff who do financial reporting, budgeting and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
- Review company financial reporting to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulations, Finance Policies and Procedures of the Company. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Review and verify new investment proposals (Return on Investments) and make recommendations to the Management.
- Any other tasks that assigned by CFO from time to time.
- Minimum education requirement is Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (ACCA Preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in a financial management position.
- Proven strategic planning experience at management level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Mandarin.
- Willing to travel.
