Assistant Management Accountant - ACCA / CIMA or AAT Finalist

Our Client based North of Manchester City Centre is looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant who has commenced their ACCA / CIMA studies or who is an AAT Finalist. Reporting to the Finance Director and working as part of a team of over 10 people this is a business which is rapidly expanding due to the success of the Brand and Business Strategy. The role will work across; Preparation of detailed Monthly Management Accounts pack including Balance Sheet and Profit and LossExtensive Reconciliations across Sales / Costs v Budget and Actuals - all reviewed to the Business Plan of the businessAn extensive use of Excel for Reporting and Analysis - you should be able to manipulate and report data within ExcelAssist with preparation of Stat Year End Accounts - you will also have exposure of working with Auditors The business likes people who are prepared to challenge and make recommendation for change.
