What we’re looking for

• Supportive expertise. You’ll provide guidance to the team, analysing and understanding all aspects of investment in the property area. This means having a strong willingness to go beyond your role to help your colleagues, while continuously learning to challenge operations and help maximise business value.
• Fresh ideas. Playing a vital part in our expansion plans, we’ll give you the opportunity to support and make key decisions for investment in areas such as new store development, refits, remodelling and more.
• A numerical mind. For this role, you’ll need to be highly numerate as you’ll be designing and amending financial models and frameworks, as well as helping to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecast processes for property and store development.
• Presentation skills. All investment decisions will need to be presented clearly with explanations of value drivers and recommendations. Delivering to non-finance colleagues too, you should be confident in your recommendations and how you convey them.
