  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial models, providing detailed review of valuations to ensure accuracy and supportability of information contained.
  • Support the financial due diligence process, this will include but not limited to managing external consultants.
  • Analysis and review of large volumes of transaction related data and ensure efficient dissemination of information to relevant parties to enable key decision making.
  • Project management support including preparation of project plans, transaction communication decks and issues trackers.
  • Prepare presentations to key stake holders to enable key decision making
  • Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders within the Finance organization to manage M&A transactions throughout the full deal lifecycle; foster strong relationships key stakeholders within Equinix and the target.
  • Assist with other projects, as needed, including Joint Ventures (JVs) and/or divestitures.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a transaction advisory or similar role
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast–paced environment; ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
  • Strong MS Excel skills with ability to model financial transactions
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Keen interest in M&A
  • CFA preferred
  • Corporate M&A or big 4 transactional experience preferred
  • Valuation experience preferred
