The Finance Manager, Global Immunology reports to the Associate Finance Director, Global Marketing Commercial Operations – Immunology and will be responsible for leading the Sales Planning process for Plan, Update and LRP. This role directly supervises three Finance Supervisors and actively collaborates with cross–functional and cross–geographical partners. You will lead the team in driving planning improvements in execution, developing new tools to manage and assess Immunology forecasts and works closely with the Brand team to provide decision support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive annual LRP/ Plan/ Update processes including the development and communication of financial & brand guidance for Plan and LRP to Area FP&A teams.
  • Lead the Immunology Commercial Model and implement improvements and adjustments as needed.
  • Track the launch of Skyrizi and Rinvoq through the preparation of monthly financial packages.
  • Assist in launch preparation for Skyrizi and Rinvoq follow–on indications by modeling volume scenarios, SG&A analysis and the development of clear brand guidance.
  • Drive HUMIRA analyses to assess post–LOE performance (e.g. biosimilar analog benchmarking).
  • Drive the implementation of Forecasting Excellence / LRP Simplification improvements.
  • Ad–hoc analysis as required.


Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 8–12 years of progressive and related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to operate independently, lead multiple processes and meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with cross–functional partners
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and TM1 a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience a plus.
