Your new company
You will be working for a world famous entertainment company based in the fashionable Richmond Upon Thames. Due to expansion they are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team. Based in modern offices a close walk from transport links, this opportunity is perfect for an Accounts professional looking to utilise their skills and develop.
Your new role
You will be working in the newly created role of Assistant Accountant, you duties will include analysing weekly takings details, prepare and issue weekly sales report, monthly sales & pie chart reports and quarterly sales by country report. Prepare detailed reports for rental and revenue share costs and income. Reporting of revenue share income and assets, raising invoices for rentals and certain revenue share sites. Prepare and reconcile inventory reports. Maintenance and control of the fixed asset register. Assist the financial accountant with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts reporting schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be AAT qualified or studying towards a professional accounting body (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). You will need to have previous exposure to the duties outlined above. You will be eager to progress and take on new challenges.
