Job Description

The Pricing Analyst (Financial Analyst II) within the Commercial Policy & Enablement group will be responsible for managing and supporting pricing and commercial policy across the organization including pricing initiatives, commercial policies, and ad–hoc projects and analyses


  • Establish and support pricing/commercial policies and guidelines across the organization
  • Work with business partners to identify and implement pricing and revenue focused initiatives
  • Facilitate the product release process for the pricing portion of the Customer to Cash cycle; ensuring standards are applied and pricing is set up correctly within supporting systems (Apttus, SAP etc.)
  • Jointly develop and implement annual and off–cycle price adjustments with proposition teams
  • Conduct analyses in support of SOX and audit compliance
  • Create and maintain pricing/commercial models, dashboards and key metrics
  • Provide support for the Commercial Policy projects including the Lotus commercial simplification initiative (as needed)
  • Initiate and implement process improvement efforts
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross–functional relationships
  • Perform ad–hoc reporting, projects and analysis as needed
  • Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree required, MBA with Finance or Pricing experience preferred
  • 4+ years progressive experience in pricing, finance and/or sales operations
  • Working knowledge of sales process and back office processing
  • Strong experience with use of Excel, Business Objects, PowerPoint and other Windows programs. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong skills and experience in financial systems, including SAP and Business Objects; Alteryx experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational & interpersonal skills. Proven ability to relate to all levels of management
  • Comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
