Job Description

dormakaba is hiring a Finance Manager, Segment Reporting in Indianapolis, IN. The Finance Manager, Segment Reporting is a key contributor to the AS Amer Finance team, leading all monthly SGA and Segment reporting requirements, driving the budgeting and forecast process, and partnering cross functionally with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have previous Finance and FP&A experience as well as the ability to lead a team and spearhead the group's strategic initiatives. The individual must possess excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with senior operating leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all monthly SGA Segment reporting requirements, including variance analysis to budget/forecast, and messaging to executive leadership team.
  • Coordinate and define reporting and forecasting rhythms in cooperation with each functional leader – HR, Finance, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Legal, IT, Manufacturing
  • Manage annual budget and planning processes for all the functional SGA budgets. Ensure adherence to Group timelines and requirements.
  • Partner with each functional senior leader to develop realistic financial plans and measure performance on a monthly basis against budgets goals.
  • Develop standard reports and establish a mechanism to engage functional leaders on driving actions/solutions in order to keep budgets on track.
  • Participate in strategic projects aligned to business and financial goals driving continuous improvement.

    Job Requirements

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA Preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in Finance, with previous FP&A experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Results–oriented, strategic thinker and planner
  • A proactive leader that positively motivates the team
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Business Proficiency in English is required
