to elicit and gather requirement from our internal business team - To act as a conduit between business, technology, delivery and support teams - Elicit and gather requirements from clients through discovery workshops, use cases, scenario analysis, process/data flow analysis and any other relevant techniques - Produce requirements and solution documentation includingo Business Requirements Traceability Matriceso Functional and non-functional requirementso WireframesoUser journey and scenarioso Test cases and test plans (working in conjunction with the QA team) - Providing accurate estimates for tasks in your remit.

Proven experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) projects - Proven Agile delivery experience and knowledge of Agile business analyst role - Proven experience in analysis and design of solution across multiple channels and platforms - Experience in working with business and conducting feasibility analysis - Flexible and innovative; willing to adapt and grow with the business - 3+ year's experiences in the business analyst field - SAP Commerce (Hybris) Business Analyst knowledge is an advantage
