Accounts Assistant

Robert Half have been engaged to work exclusively with a leading Legal Services organisation based in Bath - they are looking to appoint a Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for 2-3 months

This role is an immediate need and will form part of a friendly, well established finance team who have a positive focused workforce.

Salary: £10 - £11 per hour

Duration: 2 - 3 months Temporary

Location: Bath

Role

• Day to day accounting duties
• Purchase Ledger (including matching, batching and coding of invoices)
• Sales Ledger (Raising invoices and Cash allocation)
• You will be responsible for the day to day banking and bank reconciliations.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  
• Able to prioritise workloads accordingly
  
• Able to work well within a team environment
  
• Confient user of Excel
• Confident and articulate telephone manner
