Responsibilities:
  • Provide Information Security and Risk in the Compliance review, assessment and coordination including the following domain: Information Security, IS Privacy and Compliance, and Regulatory and Law.
  • Interact with senior management across Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit.
  • Perform IT Audit for the local business and IT teams.
  • Work with the technology owners to plan and design remediation plans of development and execution.
  • Work with technology teams to identify & enhance risk controls. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of T&D policies and standards. Enforcing compliance with Firm-standard technology risk posture

Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT Audit area, ideally with exposure to the insurance / financial services industry.
  • Experience with IT Risk Control or Audit.
  • Understanding regulatory and law requirements highly preferable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in performing IT Audit in IT General Control, IT Infrastructure, Security, Application security controls and BCP etc.
  • Strong analytical skills required to enable independent research and accurate assessments of risk management process effectiveness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent industry certification is preferred.
  • Willing to have occasional travel to Asia region countries.
