Senior Finance Manager, Customer Sales - Bentonville
Position requires a strong business partner to the Walmart, Sam's Club and Food East Sales Team Leadership. Provide financial leadership in delivering value and insights to the Selling organization to drive profitable growth. Collaborate with Teams on a diversity of issues to drive optimal business outcomes. Services provided will include proactively assisting Sales VPs and customer teams in managing Customer P&Ls, analyzing promotional spending opportunities, coordinating customer communication on financial issues to assist in eliminating or resolving deductions and customer waste, identifying Risks and opportunities to Plan with commentary for potential solves, assisting on Revenue Forecasting, and leading special projects to identify and enable opportunities to enhance customer sales growth and profitability. In addition, this position will help drive improvement in Trade efficiencies in collaboration with SRGM and CSE's. Position will direct customer account planning, provide monthly reporting on progress toward annual objectives, initiate variance analysis, and drive resolution of financial challenges with insights into profit and revenue drivers. This position will also develop and communicate explicit linkages between marketing plans, sales plans, and the financial plan, coach the sales team on financial concepts and strategy, and assess customization requests from customers and recommend course of action. This position requires personal leadership, a "can do attitude" toward achieving sales plans and targets, initiative, extensive cross–functional teamwork, and a sophisticated level of business knowledge.
