We take pride in improving F&I performance, process and compliance, while increasing our dealers' enterprise value and family estate.The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible to manage the day to day activities of a dealerships finance department.
This manager will manage the details and documentation once a vehicle is sold and complete the sales process by coordinating the final payment options for the buyer; cash payment, financing or leasing.
The FM will guide the customer through all the legal documentation, registration process as well as finalize payment based on the customers choices.What We Offer

* Manage the deal process to allow for profitability; tracking department revenue, charge–backs and adjustments as well as expediting all paperwork to keep contracts in transit at the dealer specified acceptable turnaround time.
* Drive department income by presenting product information to customers that have purchased vehicles; presenting product solutions from a menu–based presentation system.
* Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships; supporting a smooth transition to and from the business office process.
* Advocate on behalf of the customer with lenders to secure finance or leasing approval.
* Structure deals for finance/lease consideration as well as comply with with all state and federal laws as a representative of the dealership.
* Oversee, train and develop other staff on finance process
* Coach, mentor, and work hand in hand with finance and sales team to meet department and dealership established goals for profitability.
Maintain dealership reputation in the marketplace and foster strong relationships with lending institutions, product vendors and manufacturers.
* Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
* Maintain knowledge and any required DMV licensing in relation to vehicle registration paperwork and process.
* Work with all departments in promoting future business opportunities.Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Minimum of one–year of Automotive Finance work history
* Must be certified in AFIP compliance or within one year of employment.
* Must have advanced knowledge of dealer management systems and Microsoft Office products.
* Maintain all DMV licensing requirements
* Must meet regional manufacturer benchmarks for CSI and ESI
* Must be at least eighteen years of age
* Must have a valid driver's license meeting acceptable guidelines for driving history.
* Required to pass pre–employment screenings (background and drug screening)Business Acumen
