Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct Compliance reviews per the approved Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP).
· Assist the Compliance Manager to enable the Business by drafting Compliance opinions related to the integrity of the Market and the Business.
· Review Clients files and applications submitted to Compliance at the on-boarding stage depending on the assigned AML risk-rating.
· Assist with monitoring Company’s Compliance with the FSRA regulations, including international regulations.
· Review of AML transaction monitoring, Financial Sanctions alerts management, and other FCC related monitoring matters.
· Review of Client classification, Client profiles per the FSRA requirements and regulations.
· Provide face to face Compliance trainings and ensure that employees are aware about the Compliance Policies and Procedures.
· Drafting Compliance Policies and Procedures. Regular review and monitoring of regulations. Keep abreast of regulatory changes, update Policies and Procedures when necessary.
· Implement Compliance checks and controls in IT systems and applications.
