Mechanical supervisor/Technician

1. Evaluate Mechanical Work and Performance and Oversee Mechanics Schedules.

2. Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

3. Ensure that parts for repairs and installation are kept on hand at all times. This will involve keeping inventory records and ordering parts as needed.

4. Perform other job related duties as assigned by Mechanical engineer.

5. Report maintenance problems occurring at project site to Mechanical engineer and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.

6. Provides assistance to other crews as needed.

7. Responds to after hour emergencies as requested.

8. Describes the details of the work and the specifications and procedures to be adopted in particular Commitments to repair, maintain and modify equipment.

9. Stages of maintenance and operation of equipment.

10. Ensure that the equipment is maintained according to the quantitative and qualitative standards described in the O & M plans.

11. Maintain a high level of technical and interpersonal skills and interpersonal skills.

12. Coordinate with other department’s counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and to create healthy relationship with inter-departments.

13. Supervise of operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems such as pumps, cooling towers, generators, heat exchangers, chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, air compressor units, hot and cold water system, boilers, firefighting systems in large scale projects.
