We offer all the accountancy services you would expect - Annual Accounts, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Management Accounts, Company Formation, VAT Returns, Corporation Tax, Self Assessment. We are looking for a new member for our accounts team. Responsibilities: Preparing year end accounts for a broad range of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Preparation of business tax computations and CT600 tax returns. Potentially preparation of some management accounts. Managing filing deadlines and ensuring these are met. Basic company secretarial duties. Helping the less experienced member of our accounts team as required. Requirements You must have good communication and organisation skills. Have the ability to work to deadlines. You must have at least two years experience in a similar role in practice and be able to work independently and without guidance. You must be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Experience of BTC practice software and Sage, Xero and QuickBooks online bookkeeping systems would be beneficial but not essential. A good amount of exposure to clients previously would be beneficial. The role is full ; Monday to Friday. to Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per year.
